Bring your little pumpkins to an afternoon of kids’ yoga filled with seasonal fun and movement!
Children will grow and glow like Jack-o’-lanterns through playful mindfulness activities, build strength and stamina for trick-or-treating with music and games, and let their creativity shine by crafting their very own pumpkin personality to take home. A festive way to stretch, smile, and celebrate fall together!

Hot yoga class with temperature at or above 100 degrees, with some humidity. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after class! Bring a towel to wipe off your sweat, and cool cloths are provided after class to those who want one. All levels welcomed!

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. The very high level of intensity, the interval duration, and number of bouts distinguish it from aerobic (cardiovascular) activity, because the body significantly recruits anaerobic energy systems (although not completely to the exclusion of aerobic pathways).

Barre blends elements of dance, yoga, and Pilates. Don't worry, you don’t need a dancers background for this class. It’s low-impact and great for all levels!
Barre targets major muscle groups using high repetition with low, or no, weight. For props, instructors may utilize light weights, Pilates balls, sliding discs, or resistance bands. It’s a full-body workout. Working the upper body, lower body, and core in each session.

Pilates is a low-impact, mat-based workout that promotes flexibility, strength, and muscular endurance. Pilates emphasizes breath work, proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Combine free weights with yoga poses and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

A restorative yoga-based class. This class will help you slow down, quiet your mind, find stillness in your body, and release tension and stress. We incorporate gentle movement, meditation, and longer holds on poses.
This class will last 45 minutes and will include the use of props to maximize the experience.

In Yin yoga practice, props are used to make poses more accessible or to deepen a pose, which are held for up to five minutes. The majority of Yin poses are performed on the floor. Yin yoga offers physical, mental, emotional, and energetic advantages, and for some practitioners, it also provides spiritual benefits.

This chair yoga class begins with a gentle warm-up and features yoga stretches focused on enhancing range of motion and core strength. The class is suitable for all levels and lasts approximately 45 minutes, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to gently improve flexibility and strength. Some standing poses may be included, with the chair provided for support during standing movement and balance. All participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, and every pose can be adapted to individual needs.

Join us for a foam roller pilates class to increase core strength and stretch out major muscle groups. A full-body, mat-based workout in a non-hot studio. Foam rollers will be provided but participants are also welcome to bring one from home, along with a yoga mat, if desired.
