Chair Yoga

This chair yoga class begins with a gentle warm-up and features yoga stretches focused on enhancing range of motion and core strength. The class is suitable for all levels and lasts approximately 45 minutes, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to gently improve flexibility and strength. Some standing poses may be included, with the chair provided for support during standing movement and balance. All participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, and every pose can be adapted to individual needs.
