Barre blends elements of dance, yoga, and Pilates. Don't worry, you don’t need a dancers background for this class. It’s low-impact and great for all levels!
Barre targets major muscle groups using high repetition with low, or no, weight. For props, instructors may utilize light weights, Pilates balls, sliding discs, or resistance bands. It’s a full-body workout. Working the upper body, lower body, and core in each session.
