Pop-Up Foam Roller Pilates (Non-Hot)

Join us for a foam roller pilates class to increase core strength and stretch out major muscle groups. A full-body, mat-based workout in a non-hot studio. Foam rollers will be provided but participants are also welcome to bring one from home, along with a yoga mat, if desired.
