Strong & Steady Bootcamp

Build total-body strength from the ground up! This 45-minute, all-standing workout uses light weights and controlled movements to strengthen muscles and improve balance. By working barefoot, you’ll train your body’s natural shock absorbers and improve proprioception (spatial awareness). No shoes, no floor work, and no high impact—just functional stability to keep you steady in everyday life. Perfect for all levels.

This will be a warm class with the room set to approximately 85°F.
