Join us for a yoga flow! Our instructors will teach you what you need to know in this yoga class.
All levels of yogis are welcome! Modifications are offered for beginners through advanced yogis. This class is NOT a hot yoga class.
Non-hot classes are typically 1-hour long.
Join us for 45-minute Chair Yoga. This class is a seated practice that incorporates mindfulness, gentle stretching and balance. Truly beneficial to all, especially those with limited mobility. Also, a great way to ease into a yoga practice.
How HOT is hot yoga?
Typically at or above 100 degrees (F), with some humidity.
Should I come early to class?
Yes! We encourage everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes early to their registered session(s).
That way, everyone is situated and relaxed once a session starts!
