Non-Hot Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Join us for a yoga flow! Our instructors will teach you what you need to know in this yoga class.

All levels of yogis are welcome! Modifications are offered for beginners through advanced yogis. This class is NOT a hot yoga class.

Non-hot classes are typically 1-hour long.

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga classes with temperatures at or above 100 degrees, with some humidity. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after class. All levels welcome!

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion.

Barre blends together elements of dance, yoga and Pilates. Don’t worry, you won’t need a dancers background for this class! It’s low-impact and great for all levels!

HOT PILATES

Pilates is a low-impact, mat-based workout that promotes flexibility, strength, and muscular endurance. Pilates emphasizes breath work, proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Chair Yoga Classes


Join us for 45-minute Chair Yoga. This class is a seated practice that incorporates mindfulness, gentle stretching and balance. Truly beneficial to all, especially those with limited mobility. Also, a great way to ease into a yoga practice.
